Bookbinding workshop

Most of the finishing processes are carried out on our own, which minimizes the possibility of errors in the final stage of production.

We make:

notebook binding (regular and Euro staples, including "child-safe" staples) - Hohner HSB 8000 - 6 stations

soft glued binding - BQ 260 Horizon

spiral binding

3-point gluing of boxes on the Versor line with cold glue and PUR

die-cutting on Heidelberg Cylinder and SBL machines with heated plate and system for PVC, PET

welding on high-frequency WCZ machines

PVC, PP, PET - mats and primers, blisters

hot       film application

slicing - Perfecta 115, 92 machines

folding (window-type and complex), gluing booklets directly on the folding machine

Spot UV:

- Also refining with glitter varnishes and films on which no fingerprints are visible on the finished product, e.g. of black color.

We also have many other auxiliary machines for punching, perforating and cutting out.
